Key Locking Inserts – Keensert / Keysert | Thin Wall & Miniature

Key locking inserts, also known as Keenserts or Keyserts, are designed for thread repair and thread reinforcement in steel, aluminum, alloys, cast iron and other materials. The locking keys securely anchor the insert in the parent material to prevent rotation during installation and operation.

These inserts provide a strong and reliable internal thread for repairing damaged, worn or stripped threads while maintaining the original nominal thread size. Available in thin wall and miniature designs for industrial, engineering and maintenance applications.
